I don’t think there is anything more amazing than being able to save an old property from ruin – I absolutely love it! And would save every house if we could!
In more layman terms, my husband and I are real estate investors and we implore a few different real estate investment strategies.

House Flipping
Why we love this strategy:
You can purchase houses with cash and avoid banks/financing
You can go all out with renovations, do trendy/cool stuff
You get to really ‘finish’ the space off by staging it
It’s great for quick/large cash payments
The BRRRR (Multi-Unit Conversion)
Why we love this stratgey:
This is great for building wealth, you own a property that is getting debt paydown and increasing in equity
Cash flow, these properties may not cash flow much, but they should be generating a small amount of cash flow monthly
AirBnB (Short Term Rental)
Why we love this strategy:
You can own a property long term which builds wealth through equity increase and debt paydown
These can be cash flow heavy if they’re in the right location
They’re fun! You get to decorate a home in a trendy manner, and of course enjoy managing and spoiling your guests
