The Madison Project
This was a BIG renovation. We bought a house that had been vacant for over 2 decades! Half the roof was gone…the home had been vandalized (lots of graffiti, the copper plumbing had been stolen, windows smashed)…and not to mention the smell.
So we took this house back to the studs. We kept the brick and the foundation – the rest went to the dump!
But what a transformation!

Bedroom to Bathroom Conversion
We went all our luxury on this renovation. We converted a bedroom into an over the top en-suite in our own home.
From the double shower head to the bathroom fireplace – it has everything we dreamed off!

Multi-Family Conversion
This was the first single family home that we turned into a multi-family home – so it will always have a special place in my heart as our first true ‘conversion project’.
What we did here was what the investment world calls “The BRRR Strategy”. Which means Buy, Renovate, Refinance, Rent.
