This was another quick area of the home for us to tackle. It was really just a lot of paint! And nothing too serious on the reno side.
The Plan:
Remove old curtains and curtain rod
Update electrical (swap out for new white receptacles and plates)
New light fixture
Paint walls and stairwell white
Add family photo gallery wall
Add furniture
Before:

During:
And then, just like that is was done!
I LOVED doing this gallery wall. I had a lot of photos printed from Shutterfly so I could play around with them and make my final selections – which was super hard! Because I love all our family photos and wanted to hang up every single one.
And of course, since this is a Victorian home we added a green velvet chaise lounge for a pop of colour.
